Build
Your Own House
Building a house in Northern Cyprus remains one of the most
inexpensive alternatives to become an owner of the luxury
property in Mediterranean. You are looking at a saving of
20% on the value of a newly built house offered on the local
market, bearing in mind that the prices for property and land
is already cheaper than in Southern Cyprus or Spain. You can
realise your dreams of building the house you always wanted.
By purchasing the land first, you will make an additional
saving on a Stamp Duty, which is currently 6%, as it is only
paid on the value of land. We have many building plots
available to our clients from 1/2 donum to 2 donums in all
areas of kyrenia,the best mountain and sea views.
There is no rating system in Northern
Cyprus at the moment.

You
need to be aware of the procedures on how to build a house
in North Cyprus.
First of all, you need to find a plot of land that appeal
to you. We have many nice Plots of land available for sale, but if you
find it elsewhere, we will also be able to assist you with
house or villa
construction in North Cyprus.
You
would then need to check the title deed and apply for the
purchase permit to the Council of Ministers, which normally
takes 6 months. ACPD will help you with the whole procedure.
Our architects will
then work on the design in accordance
with your specifications, the timescale and payment terms
will be calculated. You will be constantly informed about
the progress of the villa construction in North Cyprus by
our British Project Engineer via
e-mail with photos.

When
the construction is finally completed, and all outstanding
balances have been paid by the your solicitor to the
construction Company ( vendor ), and the Land Registry your
name will be entered into the records and the title deed
transferred to your name.

of them were educated in UK), who will look after your interests
and represent you in your absence.
